What I Want to Wear

Got the new Anthropologie catalog. Not in love with much--unusual.

I did like this top:




























But only when combined with this cardigan as is on the model in the catalog.
Alone they don't look as good.



















My problem is always wear-ability with baby. Maggie is not a particularly messy child but every baby leaves a trail of strained peas, slobber, and the occasional snot-wipe on your clothing. Case in point: I had a lovely baby shower to attend the other day. Patrick promised to watch Maggie so I was able to "dress up" (wear something other than my staple jeans and t-shirt). I put on a very nice silk blouse and made the mistake of holding her BRIEFLY to say goodbye. Enough said.
