Misc July

We finally hit a summer movie--Lion King.
Patrick's birthday and birthday meat-fest.

Maggie had be taking her to the pool to practice swimming for try-outs.
This one is because there is a giant portion of my cameral roll devoted to this animal.
And I can't remember if I mentioned that Maggie got braces.  I think this shot is her first adjustment.  They were a tricky complication while in Ireland--new foods, new mouth to attempt to eat said new foods.

Sundance with the Bevs

Hung out with our favs for the weekend at Sundance. Beautiful scenery, beautiful cabin (Patrick even made his giant weekend breakfast for the entire gang), fantastic show, and the bestest of friends.

The Sundance Summer Theater was Mama Mia this year.

Sundance is absolutely one of my favorite places on Earth.

Cinderella at Hale

While Maggie was at girls camp, my dear friend and neighbor offered to take Caroline to Cinderella at the Hale Centre Theatre.  She loved it.

Maggie Goes to Girls Camp

Off to camp! I already miss her to death. For the first time in her entire life, she rushed through the goodbye hug and kiss!

They stayed in a cabin (and I believe some tents as well) at Bear Lake.  I was so worried about her being without me--the leaders were kind enough to send pics of just how much fun she was having.  This was the trip Maggie fell in love with paddle boarding.

Hokulia Shave Ice in Cottonwood Heights

 Hey...
You wanna go for some shaved ice?
Grab "the Bevs"

Batter-Up

All snacked up and ready for some baseball!  Patrick's company has a box at the local minor league baseball stadium.  We cheered on the Salt Lake Bees!

Fourth Grade was a Great Year for Caroline

Caroline had a fabulous year at her school. Mostly due to having one amazing teacher.  Hooray for teachers that truly care, make school interesting and fun, and LOVE these kids!

Her teacher hosted a mid-summer picnic at a local park.  What teacher does that?!? Miss Lightel will be missed!
