I wore my pedometer yesterday. Um, I did NOT apparently have a frame of reference for 10,000 steps a day. I managed 7,800 which included walking to the grocery store and the cleaners with my trusty side kick reclining in her stroller. I guess I'll have to step it up....
Although, I have to say, a pedometer does not take into account the fact that most of my steps are taken with a little human on my hip or a heavy stroller pushed out in front of me. I should get credit for that!
I didn't bring my camera out yesterday so here's a picture of Maggie doing one of her favorite things--hanging out on the ceiling.
