Sister Weekend 2014

 Sister Weekend 2014 was in Santa Cruz, California.  We laughed, we cried, we ATE.  This was the first time Julie hosted in her new condo.  She barely even had furniture.

March Pt 1

Cup of tea and a show before I pick up Caroline from preschool.  My peaceful moments.

 She didn't actually eat this.  She doesn't like strawberries.  She says she does and then won't eat them.

 Caroline is a poor sport.  She cannot stand it if anyone else wins a game.  It's exhausting.

When I take a trip to Sephora for makeup the girls are allowed one sample.  Maggie almost always asks for black lipstick and Caroline asks for blood red:

 A rare day where I had Maggie at home but not Caroline.  We worked out together.  It was HILARIOUS!

 We don't really do much for Valentines Day at home but Caroline insisted on doing something so we settled on heart shaped paper plates.  I know. Extravanat, right?

January Pt 2

Making....something.  Every once in a great while I let them "make things" which just means make a mess, then throw it all away.   

Caroline has always had a hard time seeing Maggie go to one birthday party after another.  Her turn finally came.  And she LOVED it!  Preschool friend Laila. 

 Rainbow Loom.  I was hoping it would be something they'd get lost in (giving me a break).  Instead it was a time-suck in that they needed help every 30 seconds.

 But it did produce some cute bracelets that Maggie was very proud of:
